Fluropolymer Transfer Cap Assembly

Each assembly has two PFA transfer ports, each with a threaded PFA ferrule nut to tighten onto 1/4 inch OD tubing. These two transfer ports are molded into a PFA insert which covers and seals the mouth of the bottle when the cap is screwed on over it. One port allows 1/4 inch OD tubing to pass through the port and extend as far into the bottle as desired.

The assembly includes a plastic cap to fit the bottle, and two pieces of 1/4 inch OD Fluoropolymer tubing. One piece is inserted through one port to the bottom of the bottle and the other piece stops at the port above the liquid level in the bottle. Four cap sizes are available.
